On the occasion of the celebration of the Spring Festival or Spring Festival, the General Director of EPOS, Mr. Stavridis Iordanis, representing the Board of Directors, sent a short greeting, addressed to the cooperating unions, the Students, the Teachers, the Teachers and the friends of Shaolin in Greece.

It is my special honor and privilege, as General Director of the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization, to address this short festive greeting to all the Students, Men and Women Students, Teachers and friends of Shaolin in Greece.

On February 2, 2022, the Spring Festival or Spring Festival, the equivalent of the Chinese New Year, based on the Lunar Calendar, is celebrated. This year is the Chinese year of the Black Water Tiger. The Chinese year of the Tiger will be an intense year with many strong emotions which, despite its negative sides, can help us have a clearing effect in our lives. The year of the Black Tiger can bring out the best in us.

2021 was an extremely difficult year for all of humanity and of course for all of us. The time of the pandemic is perhaps the time that deprived people even more and we found that everything we took for granted, after all, was not. But at the same time we gave health the value it deserves, we revised, we learned to enjoy a walk with our loved ones, we adopted a different way of life and we certainly reintroduced ourselves.

What is certain is that we will emerge stronger from this adventure. Perhaps even wiser having experienced and not just heard about the value of freedom.

I wish that in 2022 we will start the rhythms of our lives, do everything we have been deprived of and get close to our loved ones.
