The continuation of the educational day "The 13 Locks - Shi San Zhua [mob .: Shàolín shísān zhuā 少林十三 抓]", which had taken place in Kyllini, on Sunday, June 30, 2013, in the framework of the implemented EPOS Act "Introduction to Shaolin Arts and Culture was successfully completed. The day, which was only for the Teachers of EPOS, was organized by the Hellenic Shaolin Cultural Organization in Langadas, on Saturday, November 23, 2013. In the educational action, the techniques of strength were presented and analyzed [Chin .: lì 力] by Shaolin Shi San Zhua and completed the Gait and Penetration Technique [Chin .: lìchǎng hé bùxíng 立场和 步行].
The teachers participated: Katakalaios Dimitris, Spyropoulos Christos, Kokkalas Lambros, Kapatsoulias Panagiotis, Costopoulos Ioannis, Antoniou Efstathia, Kostis Nikolaos, Kostis Olga, Tsamoutalidou Stamatina.
