Martial Arts Masters and students gathered at the Municipal Sports Hall "C. GALANOPOULOS" in Loutraki, early in Sunday morning, May 15, 2016, in order to close this year's summer season with a Martial Arts presentation. The Cultural Association Isthmia with the support of Masters Georgiou Dimitrios [4th Dan] and Karsiotis Athanasios [3rd Dan] invited as part of the cultural activity of the club, the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization to present Shaolin Kung Fu. EPOS responded positively to the invitation, and attended this event, with male and female students, student and Masters, under the guidance of Master Shi Yan Zhuo.
At the beginning of the event, Sensei George made a welcome speech to all participants, thanked them personally for the support and the friendly participation, and honored all Masters with a commemorative cup.
The 30 member EPOS team presented Hung Ga Kung Fu, Foshan Yong Quan, Shaolin Rou Quan and Shaolin Kung Fu and consisted of Sifu Papavasileiou Dimitris [Nafplio], Kapatsoulias Panagiotis [Pyrgos and Amaliada], Pantelias Antonis [Philadelphia], Anthoniou Efstathia [Heliopolis], Kokkalas Lambros [Nea Smyrni], Stavridou Alexandra, Kostas Giannakopoulos and Antari Constantina [Artemis], Vassilopoulos John [Thessaloniki], and Banner Andrew [Psychiko]. Team leader was the founder and director of the Athens Shaolin Cultural Center, Master Katakalaios Dimitris.
The organizers honored the entire EPOS mission with medals and commemorative diplomas, and renew their appointments for next summer.
