The EPOS mission, visited again the Wind Cave Temple, Feng Xue [chin .: fēngxuésì 风穴寺], at the invitation of Venerable Master Shi Yong Hai [chin .: shìyǒnghǎi 释永海 | 1951 -] , in order to exercise Chan Meditation and Qi Gong Application. With great joy greeted the Greek students and Masters, master Shi Yan Wu, who took the team for a unique experience.

Master Shi Yan Wu, a student of the Venerable Shaolin Abbot, Shi Yong Xin, spoke to all members of the group about the history of Chan and how the seventh Patriarch established the teaching of Chan in Feng Xue. Then he led the expedition members explaining the method of sitting meditation, emptying the mind and the experience of the present.

After a two-hour experiential course, Master Shi Yan Wu, served tea to all participants by saying, "Chan And Tea Have the Same Taste" [chin .: chán chá yīwèi 禅茶一味].

After all returned again alerted, master Yan Wu began the second part of the teaching with Qi Gong exercises. The place was excellent, the peace of mind achieved from the previous exercise in meditation, seemed constant giving space in Qi, the vital energy, to spread, benefiting the whole body and spirit. The Five Actions, the Five Sounds, Chan and the Movement brought euphoria to the body and soul uplift.

The lunch bell sounded and everyone rushed to the dining room, where the Masters waited to enjoy an excellent lunch, served by Shi Yan Wu himself. After the meal, the EPOS mission rested and renewed forces, for the afternoon training which began two hours later.

Leaving the Venerable Abbot with Master Shi Yan Zhuo in the Central hall, expedition, led by Master Shi Yan Kong went to the training room of the monastery and after showing various skills of Shaolin Kung Fu in honor of Master Shi Yan Wu, Chinese Master devoted an afternoon course of "Martial Arts of the Traditional Orthodox School of Shaolin" [chin .: Shàolín chuántǒng zhèngzōng wǔgōng 少林 传统 正宗 武功], to the Greek fans of Shaolin Kung Fu.

The day ended with Master Shi Yan Wu creating excellent texts of Chinese calligraphy which he dedicated and handed personally to Master Shi Yan Zhuo and the Hellenic Shaolin Cultural Center.

Just before sundown, the Greeks Masters, male and female Students of EPOS, thanked their Great Master Shi Yong Hai for his unique hospitality and Master Yan Wu for what he offered and took the way back with even more experiences to accompany them.
