The Kontaxopoulio Indoor Gymnasium of Oriokastro hosted a spectacular Martial Arts Festival, as the 11th International and 15th Panhellenic "Mygdonia" concluded on Sunday, November 19, 2023. An organization of the A.S.G.A. WU SHU KUAN and the Hellenic Martial Arts Federation [EOPT], which gave the opportunity to present the incredible talents of 1000 Athletes from 110 Associations members of the Federation, from all over Greece, representing a wide variety of martial arts disciplines.

The 15th Panhellenic "Mygdonia" provided a platform for martial arts enthusiasts and spectators to witness the culmination of dedication and skill from participants at various levels.

A particularly notable presence at the festival was the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization, an institution that consistently supports and participates in such events the last 15 years.

The mission, led by the Director General of EPOS Master Stavridis Iordanis and Master Katakalaios Dimitris, was accompanied by Stavridou Alexandra and Koufopoulos Antonis and Vassilopoulos Ioannis of K.S. "ARISTOMACHOS", Kokkalas Lampros of http://www.celestial-dragon.gr/">Shaolin Celestial Dragon Cultural Center, the Delis Giorgos of K.S. "WHITE HORSE", Banner Andrew of "WHITE LOTUS", Antoniou Efi of K.S. "ANEMOS", and Kapatsoulias Panagiotis of K.S. Phoenix Tower.

EPOS, a key participant, was represented by a distinguished group of Students, who demonstrated their dedication and skills in the Traditional Arts of Shaolin. Among the EPOS representatives were Katerina Goudoufa, Nicolia Asteri, Kyriakos Delivasilis, Athanasios Manthos, Dionysia Kolla, Tsigalos Kyriakos, Toupalas Evangelos, Rizouli Marianthi, Kavki Despina, Tsikou Alexia, Katakaleou Nicoleta, Nikolaos Koletsos, Zulias Petros, Lappas Fotis, Zisis Nektarios, Konstantinos Stergiakis, Dimitris Poulos, Spyridopoulos Charalambos, Viha Melina, Kokkineli Nadia, Libandos Angelos, Konti Anastasia, Grapsa Markella, Panagopoulou Paraskevi, Christodoulidis Irida, Zoidou Eleni, Lalidis Raphael and Dimitris Koufopoulos, who showed their commitment them in art and the its values.

“The primary goal of these events is to accumulate valuable experience. Participants, spanning various skill levels, come together to promote collaboration and support noble ideals. It is a celebration of martial arts, making it one of the largest and most successful. EPOS, with its dynamic presence at all levels - from students and teachers to referees and administrative support - continues to exemplify our aim and vision", said Master Katakalaios Dimitris.
